腰骨凹の処、痛苦七日間とす。

kubo no sho, tsūku nana-kakan to su.

Tips from the Masters

Kühn: Also Hichibatsu, lateral hips. Groin, area above the front hollow of the hip.

Momot: diaphragm, below the ribs on the chest line. The light blow into this diaphragm region provokes muscle and diaphragm contraction, and breathing difficulties. Strong blow can provoke lungs contractions and possibly cardiac arrest.
