Translation: Kasumi is called the gap in the “komekami”, i.e. temple.

Kühn: also called Rangiku 乱菊, “Scattered chrysanthemums”.

Momot: Medium power strike provoked pain shock, concussion, loss of consciousness. Strong blow might end in breaking the flat bones and the tearing of the temple artery, resulting in death, or in a long loss of consciousness at best.
